An innovative concept providing companies with the service of delivering parcels and envelopes rapidly to their consignees by using motorbike couriers. This concept has shown its worth so that now the Tortoise, the company’s mascot, can be seen travelling everywhere along our roads.
RECORD quickly broadened its skills and made itself an indispensable partner both for express deliveries, and in organising distribution rounds.
Becoming a leader in moving products and goods in Belgium is not something that happens by accident. It needs major human and logistical resources , unswerving rigour, flawless flexibility, and readiness to listen to what customers are saying. To achieve this, some ten staff and over 50 experienced drivers give their utmost to their work, day in, day out.
In 2009, the newly appointed management made a commitment to continuity while adding its touch of innovation and dynamism. One manifestation of this is the My Record web platform (My Record) which is powerful and easy to use, and lets you track deliveries online and place them over the internet.
Recently, new commercial offerings and new products and services have enhanced RECORD’s range. Amongst other things, the company has invested in the equipment to enable it to provide the complete spectrum of logistics support needed, especially by companies working in e-commerce.
In this connection, RECORD has broadened its range of services, both within Belgium and internationally. It now handles the whole logistics and distribution chain for its customers both within Belgium and abroad.
